I find a lighter colored or glass oven safe pan works best for this recipe. Keeps the base of the granola from possibly burning or browning too quickly. If that type of pan is not available to you at the time of preparation, no problem! Just keep an eye on the granola as it nears the end of the cooking time. You may find it to brown faster.
